One interesting addition to Sling TV's service is that people who buy the $20 per month base package will also now be able to use the WatchESPN app to watch ESPN and ESPN2 at no extra charge. If you went to college in the south or can't bear to miss the Olympics in Rio in 2016, Sling TV is now for you. While you still won't get most NBA and NHL games without paying for a cable subscription, the Sports Extra lineup will include the SEC Network (for Southeastern Conference games), ESPNEWS and ESPNU, Universal Sports (which broadcasts rugby and Olympic sports), Univision Deportes (for soccer games), and beIN Sports (a Quatari-owned sports channel primarily featuring soccer), as well as ESPN Buzzer Beater, ESPN Bases Loaded, and ESPN Goal Line.
